We offer property owners the opportunity to address the housing crisis by donating a portion of their backyard to build a small home and welcome a new neighbour.

Our program was created as a supportive and compassionate network to help each resident live a more dignified and prosperous life. This includes things like professional social services, and thoughtfully matched hosts. 

Nest Niagara is designed to eliminate any “burden” to the homeowner by maintaining the homes, acting as landlord to the Nest Resident, and managing all the operational costs.
